We are looking for detail-oriented Drafters with strong technical drawing capabilities and the ability to produce comprehensive drawing packages for interior, architectural, and landscape projects.
The role involves translating approved design concepts into accurate technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, joinery details, and other drawings required for coordination and execution.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of dimensions, materials, drawing standards, and technical coordination, and should be able to work closely with designers, architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect the approved design intent.
Excellent AutoCAD proficiency, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years UAE Proven experience producing detailed technical, & interior drawings.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and joinery drawings.
- Experience preparing drawings for architectural and landscape projects.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, dimensions, materials, and drawing standards.
- Ability to accurately translate approved designs and concepts into construction-ready drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ability to manage drawing revisions and maintain properly organized drawing documentation.
