Site Engineers

Ensuring precise execution, quality control, and efficient site coordination across interior fit-out and construction projects.
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineers to oversee daily site operations, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, technical specifications, and project schedules.
The role involves supervising site activities, monitoring workmanship, verifying materials and installations, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and effective coordination with designers, project managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Excellent site management, communication, documentation, and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-out and construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out works, construction methods, materials, and installation standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce.
- Ability to monitor project schedules, work progress, and daily site activities.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, site inspections, snagging, and handover procedures.
- Ability to identify technical issues, coordinate solutions, and prevent execution errors.
- Experience preparing daily progress reports, site documentation, and material requests.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant project management tools.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, site safety requirements, and applicable authority standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, consultants, project managers, and subcontractors.
