Description:
We are looking for talented Designers with a strong creative eye and the ability to develop distinctive design concepts across Interior Design, Architectural Design, and Landscape Design.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate a project brief into a cohesive design direction, considering space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, architectural elements, and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Candidates should demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and present high-quality design solutions from initial concept through design development.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity is required.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years UAE working experience in architectural, interior, and landscape design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical understanding, and design versatility.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, detailing, proportions, and design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Vantage, D5, 3D Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Ability to understand and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and design requirements simultaneously.
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- An understanding of how design decisions translate into actual construction and execution.
