We are looking for experienced Architects with a strong understanding of architectural planning, design development, and technical coordination.
The role involves developing architectural concepts, layouts, façades, spatial planning, and detailed architectural solutions while ensuring that designs are functional, technically sound, and aligned with project requirements.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of building regulations, construction methods, materials, architectural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination, with the ability to work closely with interior designers, landscape designers, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant architectural software are essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years UAE working experience in architectural design and design development.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, architectural layouts, façades, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Good understanding of building regulations, construction methods, materials, and technical requirements.
- Ability to develop architectural concepts into practical and technically viable solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and modelling software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, engineers, consultants, drafters, and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating architectural design and technical capabilities is required.
